Receive the wrong item?

If you received the wrong item contact us immediately. A call tag will be issued to pick up the wrong item and the correct one will be sent as soon as possible.

Item damaged or broken?

If you have received a broken item, it is very important to save the package that it came in and the packing materials. This is the only way we can compensation for the damaged product from the carrier.
