Due to most pieces being made to order, returns are generally not accepted.

However, returns or exchanges for in-stock items may be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Received the wrong item?

Please notify us immediately.

We will arrange a pickup and ensure the correct item is sent to you as quickly as possible.

Item damaged during transit?

In the rare event of damage, please keep all original packaging and contact us right away.

We will handle the claim on your behalf and send a replacement promptly.

Price Differences for Exchanges

If your exchange exceeds the value of the original order, the difference will be charged.

If the new item is of lesser value, you will receive Artisans of New York credit for the remaining amount.
